when we face a problem we have to do things that are useful. for example, read, listen to music, etc.

we pray to be able to expect good things to happen and the problems we face can be solved.

what do you do if you are in trouble ?
1.             Run
when you are in trouble, you have to walk as far as possible from the problem. but if you run away from the problem, the problem you face will not be completed.
2.             Hide
when you are in trouble, you can hide from the problem. but when you hide, you have to think that the problem will not be completed if you hide it. for that you have to think about the good that every problem has a solution.
3.             Fight
when you are in trouble let's face these problems with a clear mind. Thus, you can find the best solution of the problem.

1.       identify your problem
you have to know the problem of what happens in your life. whether the problem, a big problem or a small problem.
2.       find the root problems
you have to know the cause of the problems you face. What makes the problem exists, for whom the problem exists.
3.       focus on solutions
of the problems you face, your mind what the solution of problems that occur.
4.       change your perspective
when you face a problem then you will feel such problems as burdens but try to think that such problems as your motivation.
5.       refresing
when you are in trouble, try to avoid the problem by refreshing the mind so you can think clearly and be able to find a solution of your problem.
